Ryan Barry, fitness model, personal trainer, and BFF of reality-show D-lister Reichen Lehmkuhl, is this week's hottie for obvious reasons. Most of us mere mortals could work out 12 times a week until Jesus came back and told us we could stop, and not look anything like this. We all try to avoid talking about the fact that while the media does push a relatively un-attainable aesthetic for both men and women, there really are people who look like that.

Yeah, I know... I say that a lot. But just look at it... is there some sort of underwear model secret for pushing an enormous basket? I really think there's some sort of insert. If Ryan wasn't using one, then three cheers for Reichen. And good on Ryan for being able to maintain a pretty significant chubby for as long as it took to get through that shoot.
